To begin 2016, Drinks International has served a pleasant surprise to Martinique’s premier Rhum Agricole brand, Rhum Clément. For the first time in history, a French Rhum, was named in the “Top 10 Trendiest Rums in the World.”
This prestigious award is given annually to the 10 most desired brands of rum by the bartenders working in cocktail bars included in the exclusive list of the 50 best bars in the world by Drinks International.
Rhum Clément, distributed in more than 65 countries worldwide, has recently increased its presence in the universe of cocktail bars by launching in 2013 a specific portfolio alluring to bartenders. With focused communication centered on Ti’ Punch, the iconic cocktail of Martinique, Clément has invited bartenders to play with this classic French Caribbean cocktail ritual. In 2015, Clément launched its first international cocktail competition with its inaugural Ti’ Punch Cup. In more than 10 countries, including the iconic cocktail cultures of England and the USA, as well as the fast maturing scenes throughout Europe and Asia (France, Greece, Italy, Hong Kong), the iconic Martinique brand has become a quick reach for the best bartenders from around the world.
